If you want us to, we can slow cook it in our state of the art Sous Vide machine till tender while the Sous Vide method secures it remains super juicy.
All you need to do at home is add honey/mustard glaze (order separately) and brown it in your oven - almost as easy as having you mom do it. Let us know if you want thos option or you prefer to cook it yourself.
