Oh yes, in Denmark we also make "meatballs" from fish, and they are pure heaven served hot with french fries and remoulade or with boiled baby potato and parsley sauce.

They are also great cold sliced on a slice of bread - surely always with remoulade dressing and fresh squeezed lemon.

We make our meatballs from soft white fish and we fry them in Arla Butter and pork fat so it is the traditional version you know from the fish monger in Denmark.
