A whole pork loin is skillfully salted and smoked, the we gently cook it Sous Vide 58 degrees for 2 hours so it is cooked perfectly, soft juicy and still  with a great texture, then we chill it, ready for cold cut.

Excellent choice for sandwiches, your style or Danish style. It can also be sliced in thick slices, gently preheated and enjoyed with creamed spinach and caramelized potatoes or for breakfast with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.....great piece of meat, many options.
