The Tuna Mousse is a dish invented in Denmark in the 1980s where it became an iconic dish used for starters, canapés or just a great seafood snack.

We make it from Tuna fillet cooked Sousvide and then chilled, then blending it up with Arla dairy products herbs and stabilizers we create a creamy pate with a fantastic tangy flavor - kind of a more solid version of Italian Tonnato Sauce.

It is great on fresh and toasted breads and goes great in your salad as will, garnish with fresh garden herbs and enjoy with a glass of New World Chardonnay.
